  3. Pack your item(s) and paperwork, attach the address label and send back to us
  4. A refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it – you’ll also get an email.

Please send items back in their original, unused condition – this means in their original packaging with the tags attached. We can’t give you a refund if there are any signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke.
